Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Fleet Operations Associate to support our Zipcar fleet across New York City.

You will help ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and available for members, coordinating with the operations team to keep cars “member-ready.” You’ll move around by foot, bike, public transit, or Zipcar, performing tasks like tire changes, fuel checks, cleaning, and coordinating tow or repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Excellent communication with operations team to ensure vehicle status updates are provided.
• Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary).
• Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards).
