Job summary

SIXT in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Fleet Assistant to support daily fleet operations, manage repairs, track vehicles, and ensure accurate documentation for our rental fleet. You will collaborate with the Fleet Manager to schedule maintenance, obtain estimates, and coordinate with dealerships and body shops.

Prepare new vehicles for rental and assist with disposals and regulatory tasks. This role offers growth opportunities, a supportive team, and an hourly rate of $21.25, with benefits and travel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and 1 year of admin experience in automotive dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly organized with ability to manage fleet inventory, repairs schedules, work orders, and documentation.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 45 ports? 40-hour work week with possible travel (5–10%), some travel by plane.
• Willing to wear company uniform; speaking other languages is a plus.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education & Experience You have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment automotive dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental industry experience preferred
• Computer Skills You possess basic computer navigation skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Organizational Skills You are highly organized, capable of managing fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation, ensuring efficient and smooth fleet operations across all tasks
• Licenses & Authorization You are at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and are authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
• Work Hours & Travel You can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and are open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane
• Uniform & Language You are willing to wear a company uniform and speaking other languages is a plus
