Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Senior Fleet Assistant in Denver to manage fleet inventory, coordinate repairs, and prepare vehicles for rental. You will support maintenance scheduling, assist with disposal preparations, and help with accident reporting and tag renewals.

Qualifications

• You have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment automotive dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Daily fleet inventory checks, ensuring accurate vehicle tracking and management.
• Assist the Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance and repairs, obtaining estimates, and coordinating with dealerships and body shops.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, handling documentation, spare keys, and tagging in our inventory system.
• Assist with vehicle disposal preparations, including condition reports and verifying equipment completeness.
• Support accident reporting, subrogation tasks, and coordinate tag registrations and renewals for all vehicles

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You will perform daily fleet inventory checks, ensuringaccuratevehicle tracking and management

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Education & Experience

You have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment automotive dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental industry experience preferred

Computer Skills

Youpossessbasic computer navigation skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office applications

Organizational Skills

You are highly organized, capable of managing fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation, ensuring efficient and smooth fleet operations across all tasks

Licenses & Authorization

You are at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and are authorized towork in the United States without requiring sponsorship

Work Hours & Travel

You can work40 hoursper week, including day or evening shifts, and are open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane

Uniform & Language

You are willing to wear a company uniform and speaking other languages is a plus
