Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to drive lifecycle performance for our fleet. You will manage fleet profitability, product line analysis, and vehicle performance in partnership with Sales, Rental, Maintenance and other functions.

You will lead asset reviews, coordinate weekly asset calls, and oversee redeployment of assets across product lines to maximize ROA and overall BU performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics.
• 5+ years experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet management, asset performance, and profitability analysis within assigned geographic area.
• Coordinate with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS and RVS to optimize asset deployment and performance.
• Lead asset reviews, weekly asset calls, and special projects across the BU.
• Manage NYE, term-out units, redeployment of assets, and under-performing units across product lines.
• Provide training and mentoring to Rental organization and ensure in-service delivery and unit redeployments.
• Support end-of-lease and end-of-service processes with cross-functional teams.
