Job DetailsJob Location: Ewing, NJ 08628Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 HourlyJob Summary: The Support Services Technician plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our non-emergent medical transportation (NEMT) services. This position is responsible for preparing and maintaining vehicles, keeping their local office organized and well-stocked, and providing general support to transportation team members. The Support Services Technician will assist with light mechanical tasks, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure that all equipment and supplies are in working order for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Preparation & Maintenance:
  • Ensure vehicles are properly stocked, cleaned, and ready for deployment.
  • Perform light mechanical tasks such as inflating tires, jumpstarting vehicles, and changing light bulbs when necessary.
  • Shuttle vehicles between locations as needed for maintenance or operational purposes.
• Stock & Inventory Management:
  • Maintain adequate levels of equipment and supplies within their local office to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor inventory and notify the supervisor of low-stock items or equipment needing replacement.
• Facility Management:
  • Keep the local office clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Perform general cleaning duties such as removal of trash and debris from the office and surrounding areas.
• Team Support:
  • Assist transportation team members with patient movements including wheelchair patients and stretcher based patient.
  • Ensure that all vehicles and equipment are safely and properly stored.
• Health & Safety:
  • Ensure that all vehicles and equipment meet company safety standards and regulations.
  • Report any issues, malfunctions, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
