Job summary

Corpay seeks a Fleet Advisor in the NA Fuel division to enhance customer loyalty through day-to-day inquiries via calls, email, and other channels. You will anticipate client needs, resolve issues quickly, and maximize Corpay products' value, serving as a trusted advisor while collaborating with internal teams.

This role reports to the Supervisor of Account Management and offers a hybrid work environment with onboarding training and a Brentwood office workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service or customer retention experience.
• 1+ year of high-volume call center experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and issue-resolution abilities.
