Job summary

Yochana IT Solutions Inc seeks a Fleet Administrator on a contract basis to manage North America fleet operations. The role includes vehicle lifecycle management, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, HR, Procurement, and Operations.

The position requires travel up to 20–30% across the United States and Canada, and will lead or support fleet system implementations and process improvements while ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field preferred.
• 0–3+ years of experience in fleet management, transportation operations, logistics, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing a multi-site or regional fleet program across the United States and Canada preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle lifecycle management, maintenance programs, and transportation compliance requirements preferred.
• Experience working with fleet management systems, telematics platforms, fuel card programs, and data reporting tools.

• Execute the fleet management strategy for North America in support of business and operational goals.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the company’s fleet, including vehicle acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, fuel programs, and disposal.
• Manage fleet lifecycle planning to ensure timely replacement, cost efficiency, and operational reliability.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable transportation regulations.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership regarding fleet performance, risks, savings opportunities, and strategic improvements.
• Lead or support fleet-related system implementations, process improvements, and change management initiatives.

Role : Fleet Administrator

Duration: Contract

Location North America / Hybrid / Remote with travel as needed Travel Requirements Up to 20–30% travel across the United States and Canada, depending on business needs

Responsible for managing data and processes within the NA Fleet Team.

Administers the Fleet Management program within the assigned area of responsibility. Leads the resolution of issues for internal and external stakeholders. Produces required reports, tracks metrics and reports out as required. Responsible for budget planning and execution within budget limits. Supports and/or leads Fleet Management projects and continuous improvement activity as necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads internal and external stakeholders with execution of the Fleet Management program within the assigned area of responsibility. Investigates issues and leads problem resolution activity to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Responsible for continuous improvement activity within the assigned area to improve customer service, reduce cost and improve process efficiency. Also expected to provide constructive feedback to Fleet Managers To improve Fleet Management policies and procedures broadly. Acts as the lead contact between internal customers and external service providers. Expected to participate as a team member on various Fleet Management projects and will occasionally lead projects independently. Maintains required performance metrics and periodic reports as necessary. Conducts analysis within the assigned area of responsibility to evaluate Fleet Management program effectiveness and leads projects for continuous improvement. Leads budget planning, tracking, research and analysis within the assigned area of responsibility. Responsible for executing the program within budget parameters. Leads deployment and training for new or updated Fleet Management programs within the assigned area of responsibility.

• Partner with Legal, HR, Procurement, EHS, Finance, and Operations teams to maintain effective fleet policies and procedures
• Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership regarding fleet performance, risks, savings opportunities, and strategic improvements
• Lead or support fleet-related system implementations, process improvements, and change management initiatives
• Driver behavior monitoring - Monitor fuel and report on usage - Report on maintenance delays and communicate to management - Analysis of statistics and measures taken by local insurance companies - Communication on problems due to negligence - Fines management: reminders and follow-up, supervisor involvement) - Reporting, making sure data is correct and reliable - Management of fleet data (vehicle categories, driver numbers, etc.) enter them into tool and have validated

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with fleet leasing and total cost of ownership modeling
• Familiarity with EHS and driver safety program administration
• Strong project management and process improvement capabilities
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills; experience with ERP or fleet analytics platforms is a plus
• Ability to work effectively across a geographically dispersed organization
