Job summary

Easton Coach Company LLC is seeking a fleet management professional to oversee registrations, inspections, and daily operations for our vehicle fleet. You will handle reporting tasks, IT-related vehicle support, and ensure smooth entry/exit processes for vehicles within our network.

The ideal candidate has two years of fleet management experience, a high school diploma, and strong Excel skills. This role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking, and a proactive approach to maintenance and operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive fleet management experience.
• High School diploma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual registration renewals and truck inspections for entry and exit.
• Assist with vehicle IT issues as needed.
• Handle a high volume of daily tasks.
• Query, download, manipulate and interpret reporting files and spreadsheets.
• Identify and correct errors or issues with tasks or processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
