Job summary

Big Geyser, Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist, Fleet Administration, to support daily truck fleet operations in Brewster, NY.

You will maintain fleet records, assist with vehicle registrations,Inspections, and insurance documents, and ensure compliance tracking across drivers and vendors. You will monitor Samsara notifications, document coaching, and follow up on outstanding items, while coordinating with Operations, Fleet, Safety, HR, and third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in transportation, fleet management, logistics, or related environment is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for truck fleet operations.
• Maintain organized fleet records, registrations, inspections, permits, and insurance documents.
• Track outstanding items and follow up with drivers, vendors, and departments.
• Monitor safety events and document coaching and corrective actions.
• Research parking tickets, toll violations, and other citations and prepare supporting documentation.
