Job summary

Aptiv's Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a rotational program designed to develop Aptiv’s finance leaders of tomorrow. Participants rotate through three 12-month assignments across key finance functions, gaining broad experience while based in the Boston area or within the domestic region.

Qualifications

• Graduates or final-year students in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Relevant internship experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Leadership experience in campus or other organizations.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through 3 12-month assignments across different areas of Finance.
• Experience across Finance functions: FP&A, Site/Plant Finance, Internal Audit, Treasury, Accounting, Investor Relations, Analytics, and more.
• Work within Aptiv locations or the domestic region to gain broad exposure.
• Mentorship and interaction with senior Finance executives on complex projects.

Your Role:

Aptiv’s Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a rotational program aimed at developing Aptiv’s finance leaders of tomorrow. Participants in the program will rotate through 3 assignments, each lasting 12 months.

Each assignment is designed to provide experience in a different area of Finance, with rotations occurring within the participant's location or within the domestic region. The FLDP offers participants a diverse range of experiences across key Finance functions, including, but not limited to:

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Site / Plant Finance
• Internal Audit
• Treasury
• Accounting
• Investor Relations
• Analytics
• Commercial Finance & more

Your Background:

• Graduates and final year students majoring in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Practical experience, such as an internship, in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Flexible, adaptable and geographically mobile.
