Aptiv is seeking an Accounting Senior Analyst, Consolidations to support the global financial consolidation process for internal and external reporting. You will help with monthly and quarterly close, consolidation journal entries, and coordination with business accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

This role offers exposure to Aptiv's global finance organization and opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation and continuous improvement.

Your Role

• Support the monthly and quarterly global financial consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Prepare monthly journal entries required to complete the consolidation process.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation for monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external reporting.
• Partner with business accounting teams to review trial balances and resolve consolidation-related matters.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally spanning public accounting and a corporate accounting environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting financial close, consolidation, journal entry, or financial statement preparation activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and build effective relationships within a diverse, global organization.
• Ability and interest to take on broader responsibilities within the Finance organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA license or equivalent professional accounting certification.
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, HFM, or a comparable financial consolidation system.
