Aptiv’s Finance Internship Program is designed to develop Aptiv’s next generation of leaders. The program offers roles across the scope of Aptiv’s operations and provides meaningful interaction with senior leadership both inside and outside of finance.

Qualifications

• Finance or accounting majors preferred with a min GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale).
• Practical experience (internship) in finance or accounting would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Leadership capability – campus or other organization leadership experience ideal.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-impact projects that support key business and finance objectives across Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax/Government Affairs, Accounting, Commercial Finance, Internal Audit, Investor Relations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial insights and reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities.
• Assist in governance, risk assessment, and control processes as needed.
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews and stakeholder updates.
• Contribute to ad hoc strategic finance initiatives as required.
