Job summary

Aptiv’s Finance Internship Program is designed to develop Aptiv’s next generation of leaders. The program offers roles across the scope of Aptiv’s operations and provides meaningful interaction with senior leadership both inside and outside of finance.

You will work in Boston, MA alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Accounting, and more, while developing analytical and leadership skills through real projects.

Qualifications

• Finance or accounting majors preferred with a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Practical internship experience in finance or accounting is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership capability—campus or organization leadership is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Planning & Analysis activities.
• Assist tax and government affairs work.
• Assist with accounting tasks and close procedures.
• Contribute to commercial finance analyses.
• Support internal audit activities and controls.
• Engage with investor relations preparation as needed.

YOUR BACKGROUND
