Aptiv's Finance Internship Program invites you to join a global team shaping the future of mobility. You'll rotate through key finance functions and interact with senior leaders to gain real-world experience.

You'll work in Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Accounting, and more, building analytical and problem-solving skills while contributing to meaningful projects that support Aptiv's strategic goals. This internship emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Finance or Accounting majors preferred with a min GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale).
• Practical internship experience in finance or accounting would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Leadership capability - campus or other organization leadership experience ideal.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across core finance functions including FP&A, Tax, Accounting, Commercial Finance, Internal Audit, Investor Relations.
• Interact with senior leaders to gain exposure and mentorship.
• Support day-to-day finance activities and special projects.

YOUR ROLE

Aptiv's Finance Internship Program is de-signed to develop Aptiv's next generation of leaders. The program offers roles across the scope of Aptiv's operations and provides meaningful interaction with senior leadership both inside and outside of finance. Finance internship positions provide the participants with a wide breadth of experience into all functions across the finance organization, including:

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Tax/Government Affairs
• Accounting
• Commercial Finance
• Internal Audit
• Investor Relations

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
