Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for the Sweet & Beverage portfolio. On-site in Hoffman Estates, IL, you will leverage your scientific background to support world-class customers and bring custom flavor solutions to market.

You’ll educate customers about product usage, partner with the commercial team, and build trusted relationships. The role requires a 5+ year background in food/bev and a degree in a relevant science.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline related to food and beverage
• 5+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry
• Experience with customer-facing technical sales
• Strong problem solving and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen partnerships in the sweet & beverage space for our top-shelf flavors portfolio.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to deliver custom solutions for a broad customer base.
• Educate customers on product value and usage of Sensient products.
• Engage with consultants, development houses, and startups to position our products and technology.
