Sensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global maker of colors, flavors, and extracts, with products for food & beverage, cosmetics, and pharma. The Technical Sales Manager will be a customer-facing technical expert tasked with expanding our sweet & beverage flavors portfolio in the US.

You will collaborate with the commercial team, educate customers on product usage, and position solutions whiletravelling to meet clients.

We're looking for someone with a scientific background—preferably in food science, chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, or a related discipline—who has experience working directly with customers and is excited to build a career in sales. What you’ll do:

• As a Technical Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to build and strengthen partnerships in the sweet & beverage space, supporting the sale of our top-shelf, value-added flavors portfolio to world-class customers in the US.
• You will partner with our commercial team to bring custom solutions for a broad base of customers. As a part of this dynamic team, you will have internal resources structured to support and ensure your success!
• You will act as technical expert of Sensient products and educate our customers on the value and usage of our products.
• You will work with a full range of consultants, development houses, and start ups to position our products and technology.

What you’ll bring:

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $150,000 USD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions. In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families. This position is also eligible for performance-based incentive pay.
