Job summary

Lee Kum Kee USA is seeking a Packaging Operator in City of Industry, CA to perform labeling, packing, checking, palletizing and other duties per SOPs.

The role requires rotating through teams such as chicken powder processing, filling, sanitation and packaging, while following all safety policies and GMP/SSOP/HACCP standards. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work rotating shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Label, pack, check, palletize per SOP.
• Rotate to other teams as needed.
• Carry out duties assigned by supervisors.
• Follow all safety policies, GMPs, SSOPs, HACCP.
• Assist setup of equipment.
• Assist in other production activities as required.
