Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a cashier to greet customers, take orders, and process transactions with accuracy and a friendly demeanor. You will communicate with the kitchen and FOH staff to ensure timely and correct orders, upsell items, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

The role emphasizes cash handling, customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a restaurant setting and a Food Handler Certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash transactions.
• Ability to operate a computerized register (POS) efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in-person or by phone.
• Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions; verify age for alcohol purchases.
• Upsell items and maintain knowledge of menu and promotions.
• Answer customer questions and provide menu recommendations.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
• Balance cash drawer at shift end and secure funds.
• Maintain a clean, stocked Front of House area and follow safety guidelines.
