Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a friendly cashier to handle in-person and phone orders, balance cash drawers, and assist guests with menu knowledge and upselling. You will work with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and maintain a clean Front of House while following safety standards.

The role emphasizes reliability, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive guest experience. As part of a fast-paced team, you will be expected to manage transactions accurately, address customer questions, and help

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant and calling into the restaurant.
• Place orders for customers in-person and over the phone; upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions.
• Accurately process cash, credit card and gift card transactions; verify age for alcohol purchases.
• Answer questions from customers and make menu recommendations.
• Monitor that all orders are read within Company quote times.
• Balance the register at the end of the shift; deliver the amount before the next shift.
• Maintain a clean Front of House; keep FOH stocked.
• Handle complaints and guide to the manager when needed.
• Leave customers with a positive Wingstop experience.
