Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a friendly cashier to take orders, process payments, upsell menu items, and assist in both the front of house and kitchen as needed. You will balance cash drawers, handle inquiries, and help maintain a clean, efficient dining area in a fast-paced Wingstop location.

Experience with POS systems and strong cash handling skills are valued. Food Handler Certification is required, and the role offers flexible schedules and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computerized register (POS) and handling cash.
• Customer service experience is preferred in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Demonstrates reliability, professionalism and calm under stress.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant and taking orders.
• Process orders in person and over the phone; upsell and know menu details.
• Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions; verify ages where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock Front of House areas and assist kitchen when needed.
• Balance drawer at shift end and report discrepancies.
• Provide excellent service to ensure a positive Wingstop guest experience.
