Job summary

Torani is building a world-class manufacturing operation in San Leandro, and we’re hiring for day-one positions on our first sauce production team. You’ll get hands-on with bottling, capping, labeling, packing and palletizing in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You don’t need to be a sauce expert yet—if you’re eager to learn, follow GMPs, and work safely around food products, we’ll teach you the rest. This role is 1st shift, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing/technical experience including knowledge of safety procedures and GMPs preferred
• Experience with food production and safety standards is a plus
• Ability to stand and operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging line equipment to keep production running smoothly.
• Maintain GMPs and allergen controls to ensure a safe, hygienic environment.
• Communicate effectively to keep teammates informed and resolve issues quickly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and start-up-style production with attention to detail.
