Job summary

Torani (R. Torre & Co.) in San Leandro is seeking a factory team member to learn and support bottling, capping, labeling, packing, and palletizing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll contribute to safe, accurate production and work with a collaborative team on the flavor lines.

No prior expert experience required; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work a night shift 9:00 PM–5:30 AM, and thrive in a team. Full-time, on-site role with benefits and ESOP opportunities.

Your attention to detail and amazing communication skills solidifies your fit at Torani. Ultimately you will have the ability to learn quickly, execute tasks with high accuracy, and be willing to roll up your sleeves to pitch in as needed.

• Attention to Detail: Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail. Comfortable producing product with averages of over 6000 cases per day. Performs quality line checks ensuring safe machinery and product for our customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Manufacturing and/or technical experience (preferred but not required)
• At least 2 years work experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Eligible to work in US without sponsorship
• Experience with food safety practices
• Experience working in a team environment
• Ability to work M-F 9:00PM-5:30AM
• Eligible for $1.50 shift differential
• Ability to work overtime and on weekends as needed

Work Location:

San Leandro, 5 days on site at Toraniland: Flavor Factory.

Payrate:

$23.50/ Hour
