Job summary

Wingstop Canton is seeking a friendly cashier to provide fast, accurate service, take and process orders, handle payments, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely meals.

Candidates should be comfortable with POS systems, maintain a clean Front of House, and deliver a positive guest experience. Food Handler Certification is required; restaurant experience is a plus. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and welcome them to the restaurant
• Place orders in-person and over the phone; upsell and know menu items
• Process cash, card, and gift card transactions; verify age for alcohol
• Answer questions and make menu recommendations
• Ensure orders are read in time and accurately delivered to customers
• Balance the register at shift end and prepare for next shift
• Keep Front of House clean and stocked and follow safety guidelines
• Follow managers' directions and maintain Wingstop uniform standards
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when needed
• Assist kitchen staff when required
