Wingstop is seeking a dedicated cashier to deliver fast, friendly service in a high-energy Wingstop environment. You will take and fulfill orders, handle payments, upsell menu items, and help keep the front of house tidy.

Ideal candidates are quick learners with strong cash handling, customer service skills, and a professional, reliable demeanor under pressure. Food handler certification is required and prior restaurant experience is a plus.

Formación

• Computer literate and comfortable using computerized register (POS) systems.
• Possess great cash handling skills.
• Professional, polite, and reliable even when under stress.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and people skills.
• Must have integrity, honesty and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers entering the restaurant and answer calls.
• Take orders in-person and over the phone; upsell and maintain knowledge of menu items.
• Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions; verify age for alcohol purchases.
• Answer questions from customers and make menu recommendations.
• Monitor that all orders are read within Company quote times.
• Balance the register at the end of the shift; reconcile funds.
