Job summary

PS Logistics is seeking a recruiter to manage DOT-compliant candidate outreach and prescreening. You will respond to applicants via our ATS, cold-call potential hires, and coordinate driver orientations and training.

The role emphasizes building relationships with drivers, maintaining urgency in a fast-paced environment, and meeting weekly/monthly KPIs. Prior recruiting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an Associates with minimum two years of office-related experience.
• Current or prior recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to potential employees who meet DOT and company standards using the applicant tracking system.
• Cold call and respond to calls quickly.
• Pre-screen potential applicants.
• Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer.
• Schedule driver orientations and training.
• Run reports such as background checks, MVR and DAC reports, and perform other administrative duties.
• Utilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads.
