Responsibilities

• Use applicant tracking system to respond to potential employees who meet DOT and company standards.
• Cold call and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Pre-screen potential applicants.
• Inform applicants about our operations, culture, equipment, routes and benefits.
• Schedule driver orientations and training.
• Run background checks such as MVR and DAC reports and handle other admin duties.
• Utilize social media and search engines to generate leads.
