Job summary

LST Group LLC seeks a Flatbed Freight Team Lead in Phoenix, AZ. The role drives flatbed freight operations, pricing decisions, and carrier relations, coordinating with an experienced team. You’ll help ensure on-time delivery and strong customer communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics experience.
• Expertise in flatbed freight and equipment specs.
• Ability to price freight and respond to scheduling emails.

Responsibilities

LST Group is currently seeking a Flatbed Freight Team Lead. If you are the \"go to\" for flatbed loads at your current employer, we want to talk to you.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of logistics experience and can sling freight all day, every day.

• 1. You can smell a double broker/shady carrier from a mile away
• 2. You can spot quote flatbed shipments and have carrier relationships to provide truck in hand pricing for superloads.
• 3. You have an excellent understanding of dimensions/equipment specifications.
• 4. You are comfortable providing rates to customers and answering customer emails regarding scheduling, ETAs, etc.
• 5. You are able and willing to work with an amazing flatbed carrier sales/operations team.
• 6. You like being treated with dignity and respect by your coworkers.
