LST Group is currently seeking Flatbed Logistics Coordinators and Carrier Salespeople. Ideally in Kansas City, Chattanooga, Tampa, or Atlanta, but remote candidates who meet all requirements will be considered. Strong organizational skills, time management, and prioritization are key to success in this position.

Are you a Flatbed LC or Carrier Rep?

LST Group is seeking multiple Flatbed operators. If you are the “go to” person for Flatbed loads at your current employer, we want to talk to you. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of logistics experience and can manage freight effectively throughout the day.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or carrier sales, or in a related role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Solid understanding of supply chain management and transportation procedures.
5. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to identify double brokers and avoid shady carriers.
7. Ability to spot quote Flatbed shipments and maintain carrier relationships for same-day loads.
8. Confidence in capabilities and willingness to contribute to a company that rewards grind and offers advancement opportunities.
9. Comfort in providing rates to customers and answering customer emails regarding pricing, scheduling, ETAs, etc.
10. Experience bidding on Flatbed shipper loads or on bid boards.
