Job summary

LST Group, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Flatbed Freight Team Lead with 5+ years of logistics experience to guide day-to-day operations and drive profitable pricing for flatbed loads.

You will build carrier relationships, provide quotes to customers, manage scheduling and ETAs, and collaborate with a top-notch flatbed sales/operations team. Hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics experience.
• Strong ability to price and quote flatbed shipments.
• Excellent carrier relationships for truck-in-hand pricing.
• Deep understanding of dimensions and equipment specifications.
• Experience collaborating with sales and operations teams.

LST Group is currently seeking a Flatbed Freight Team Lead. If you are the “go to” for flatbed loads at your current employer, we want to talk to you.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of logistics experience and can sling freight all day, every day.

If you meet the following criteria, please apply for this role:

• You can smell a double broker/shady carrier from a mile away
• You can spot quote flatbed shipments and have carrier relationships to provide truck in hand pricing for superloads.
• You have an excellent understanding of dimensions/equipment specifications.
• You are comfortable providing rates to customers and answering customer emails regarding scheduling, ETAs, etc.
• You are able and willing to work with an amazing flatbed carrier sales/operations team.
• You like being treated with dignity and respect by your coworkers.
