Qualified candidates have 5+ years in flat-rate repair, dealership experience, and a customer-focused mindset. Pay starts at $33.80/hour plus a 27–36/hour flat-rate, with an expected annual earnings of $70,000–$105,000 and an additional sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible technicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Flat Rate Technician experience.
• 3+ years of dealership experience; brand knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specs.
• Work efficiently to meet time standards.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors.
