As a Flat Rate Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience.

Pay for this position is based on productivity and qualifications. It starts at a flat rate of $30 - $45 per hour, with a minimum hourly rate of $33.80 per hour.

The schedule will consist of four 10-hour workdays per week.
