Responsibilities

Perform repairs and preventive maintenance per factory and dealership specifications.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through quality work and communication.
Follow time standards and ensure accuracy of estimates and work orders.
Coordinate with Service Advisors to relay technical information clearly.
