Porsche Stevens Creek Los Gatos Service Center, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, seeks an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a Flat Rate Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards. Pay starts at $40/hour with expected annual earnings of $80k–$200k depending on productivity and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years dealership experience is required.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Brand knowledge is preferred but not required.
