Job summary

BMW of San Diego, Inc. is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our Penske Automotive Group team. You will perform repairs and maintenance in line with factory and dealership specifications to deliver a top-tier customer experience.

The pay structure is productivity-based, with a minimum of $33.80/hour, a flat-rate window of $34–$47/hour, and an expected annual pay of $70,000–$130,000. Comprehensive benefits, career growth, and a supportive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Brand knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance in line with factory and dealership standards.
• Diagnose issues and complete work orders efficiently.
• Communicate findings and estimates clearly to Service Advisors.
