Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Flat Rate Technician experience required for bonus eligibility.
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive team attitude.
• Strong work ethic in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools; 3+ years of dealership experience.
