Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service oriented environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) with customers and teammates.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while keeping customer focus.
• Willingness to mentor and support fellow technicians as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles in a safe, efficient, ethical manner with customer satisfaction as first priority.
• Read and understand customer complaints; diagnose and advise findings; complete repairs per policy; return warranty parts to parts dept and road test as needed.
• Document all repairs using Repair Order documentation and internet-based tools.
• Meet production-based metrics as prescribed by Management.
• Act as a leader, mentor, and trainer to employees in Technician roles.
