Job summary

Harri is seeking a Bar Manager to lead beverage programs, train and develop a high-performing bar team, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced setting. You will shape menus, monitor costs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across high-standard venues.

Ideal candidates have extensive bartending experience, bar management background, and ServSafe Certification, with a passion for hospitality, beverage innovation, and team development.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
• 2+ years of bar manager experience.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory management, storage, and cost controls.
• Strong understanding of beverage COGS and profitability management.
• Proven success developing and implementing training programs.
• Current ServSafe & Management Level Title IV Certification
• Knowledge of restaurant safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Beverage Program Leadership: identify beverages, develop menus, price for profitability, and drive pour-cost efficiency.
• Train & develop bartenders; maintain materials, recipes, and standards; participate in hiring.
• Optimize operations: evaluate layouts and workflows to maximize efficiency; ensure fast, accurate service.
• Quality & cost management: enforce recipe adherence, oversee inventory, manage costs and waste, ensure sanitation compliance.
