Job summary

Nbutexas Store Manager position in Miami, FL seeks an experienced leader to open and run a brand-new store for a globally recognized fashion brand rooted in teen culture. You will build and lead the in-store team, shape the customer experience, and drive sales in a vibrant market.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, oversee scheduling and payroll, ensure inventory and visual merchandising excellence, and collaborate with headquarters on initiatives to ensure market success.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of retail management experience (fashion preferred).
• Experience opening or managing a high-volume store is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Passion for fashion and an understanding of youth-driven retail.
• Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities.
• Hands-on, proactive, solution-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Availability to work weekends and peak retail periods.
