Job summary

Nbutexas is opening a flagship Miami store and seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead operations, sales, and team development in a dynamic, youth-driven environment.

In this role, you will hire and train staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure an exceptional, on-brand customer experience while driving performance in a major new market.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of retail management experience required, fashion preferred.
• Experience opening or managing a high-volume store is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership and team development skills are essential.
• Passion for fashion and understanding of youth-driven retail.
• Highly organized, able to balance multiple priorities; proactive and solution-driven.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; weekend availability.

• Lead, inspire, and develop the in-store team to deliver exceptional service.
