Job summary

Kinora Group seeks an experienced General Manager + AGM to lead the opening and day-to-day operations of a high-energy restaurant and bar venue in New York. You will drive guest experiences, revenue, and build a strong team across all F&B outlets.

The role requires 5+ years in AGM/GM roles, opening experience preferred, and a track record in financial and operational leadership within upscale hospitality. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as AGM/GM in upscale, high-volume restaurant and bar operations.
• Opening experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, financial, and operational management skills.
• Strong understanding of Miami hospitality and nightlife culture.
• Excellent communication and team development abilities.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and ongoing operations of the restaurant and bar.
• Recruit, train, and manage FOH leadership and service teams.
• Drive guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, labor costs, and inventory controls.
• Collaborate with culinary and hotel leadership teams.
• Develop local partnerships, events, and programming to boost covers and bar revenue.
• Ensure health, safety, and liquor regulations compliance.
• Create a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture.
