The ideal candidate has luxury retail experience, strong clienteling skills, and a passion for styling, product knowledge and building long-term client relationships. Weekend/evening availability required.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in luxury fashion or specialist retail.
• Strong luxury customer service and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Personal shopping and clienteling experience is essential.
• Retail leadership or management experience including team support and sales performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; proactive and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with day-to-day management of flagship store.
• Lead, motivate and support the store team to hit sales targets.
• Develop long-term client relationships through clienteling and personal shopping.
• Provide product knowledge and styling advice on the sales floor.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and ongoing team development.
• Oversee opening/closing, operations standards, and POS processes.
• Support visual merchandising to reflect luxury positioning.
• Monitor store performance and drive client retention and loyalty.
