Towne Home Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides/CNAs to provide supervision and assistance to geriatric clients in their homes. The role focuses on delivering dignified, quality in-home care with emotional support.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, medication reminders, companionship, and help with errands and appointments.

Qualifications

• CNA license in FL or other state is required.
• Completion of AHCA-approved 40-hour Home Health Aide course required.
• Must provide communicable disease clearance and TB/PPD or chest X-ray.
• Level II AHCA background screening completed.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care services to patients in their residences, including toileting, bathing, dressing, transferring, ambulation assistance, and more.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes.
• Assist with mobility and physical therapies/exercises.
• Assist with self-administration of medications and reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Assist with grocery shopping, transportation to doctor appointments, and errands.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to patients in their residences,including toileting, bathing, dressing, transferring, ambulation assistance, and more.
• Perform domestic and household tasks, such as light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Assist with self-administration of medications and medication reminders
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
• Assist with grocery shopping, transportation to doctor appointments, and errands.

Requirements:

• Caring and compassionate personality
• Current CNA license inFL or another state OR completion of an AHCA-approved 40 hour Home HealthAide course
• Communicable disease clearance by a doctor, including1 Current PPD Test (Single Step PPD) or Chest X-Ray
• Level II Background Screening through AHCA Clearinghouse
• Driver's license and a reliable vehicle preferred
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
