Job summary

Care Connect at Home in Boca Raton, FL is seeking reliable HHAs or CNAs to provide personalized home care for seniors and adults in need of support. You will work in person in Boca Raton with a family-owned agency that values compassionate care.

We offer weekly pay via direct deposit, flexible scheduling (day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts), and a supportive office team. Requirements include a Florida HHA certificate or CNA license, CPR, TB test, valid driver’s license, Hoyer Lift

Qualifications

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Current TB test is required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Meal prep and feeding assistance.
• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes).
• Following personalized care plans.
• Reporting any changes in condition to our team.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide personalized care to seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home.
