Job summary
Towne Home Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides/CNAs to provide in-home support for geriatric clients in Boca Raton, FL. The role focuses on daily living assistance, personal care, and companionship in patients' residences.

Qualifications

- CNA license in FL or AHCA-approved 40 hour Home HealthAide course.
- Clearance and background screening requirements (AHCA) and ongoing compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services in patients' residences (toileting, bathing, dressing, transfers, ambulation).
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes.
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
- Assist with medication reminders and self-administration.

Towne Home Care is looking for compassionate Home HealthAides/CNAsto provide supervision and assistance in the activities of daily living of our geriatric clients.
- Provide personal care services to patients in their residences,including toileting, bathing, dressing, transferring, ambulation assistance, and more.
- Perform domestic and household tasks, such as light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
- Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
- Assist with self-administration of medications and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
- Assist with grocery shopping, transportation to doctor appointments, and errands.
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Current CNA license inFL or another state OR completion of an AHCA-approved 40 hour Home HealthAide course
- Communicable disease clearance by a doctor, including1 Current PPD Test (Single Step PPD) or Chest X-Ray
- Level II Background Screening through AHCA Clearinghouse
- Driver's license and a reliable vehicle preferred
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
