Qualifications

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license.
• CPR certification.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation.
• Hoyer Lift experience.
• Ability to pass a Level II background check.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

About the Role:

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Care Connect at Home, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
