Job summary

L&T Technology Services is seeking a fixture design engineer in Wisconsin to lead the design and development of manufacturing fixtures using SolidWorks. You will create 3D fixture layouts and detailed drawings with GD&T, and collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to validate concepts and support trials.

The role requires experience in fixture design and robotic automation, with onsite and offshore coordination.

Qualifications

• Lead the design and development of manufacturing, assembly, welding, and inspection fixtures using SolidWorks.
• Create complete 3D fixture layouts, assemblies, and detailed fabrication drawings using GD&T.
• Experience in Fixture Design & Manufacturing and Robotic Automation.
• Onsite and offshore coordination is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to validate fixture concepts and support trials.
• Resolve shop floor issues and drive process capability improvements through fixture solutions.
• Support fixture design as per requirements.
