JobDiva, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an engineer to lead the design and development of fixtures for manufacturing, assembly, welding, and inspection using SolidWorks. You will create 3D layouts, assemblies, and detailed fabrication drawings with GD&T.

Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams to validate concepts, support trials, and resolve shop-floor issues. The role includes supporting Robotic Automation and driving productivity through fixture solutions, with onsite/offshore

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Design and develop fixtures for manufacturing, assembly, welding, and inspection.
Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams to ensure fixture success.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of fixtures using SolidWorks.
Create complete 3D fixture layouts, assemblies, and detailed fabrication drawings using GD&T.
Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams to validate fixture concepts and support trials.
Support Robotic Automation activities.
Drive process capability and productivity improvements through fixture solutions.
Support fixture design based on project requirements.
Coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams.
