Milwaukee Electronics Corporation is seeking a Senior Tooling Development Engineer to lead end-to-end tooling design for fixtures and jigs across PCB assembly, box-build, and test processes. You will design in SolidWorks and fabricate in-house using CNC, manual machines, and 3D printing.

This role requires close collaboration with NPI, Manufacturing, and Test Engineering to optimize workflow. You will own technical decisions, iterate designs with prototyping, and ensure robust, user-friendly

Competenze

• Bachelor's or higher in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field; 5+ years tooling design/fabrication.
• 8+ years if using associate degree route; or 12+ years hands-on portfolio for senior-level.
• Demonstrated ability to own tooling projects end-to-end and defend technical decisions.

Mansioni

• Design fixtures, pallets, jigs, and custom tooling in SolidWorks.
• Fabricate tooling components in-house using CNC and manual machines.
• Commission and validate tooling on the production floor with operators.
• Maintain documentation and revisions per control practices.
• Collaborate with NPI, Test, and Manufacturing Engineering on tooling needs.
