Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator in Williamsport, PA, onsite only. Expect a 2-2-3 shift rotation with Day and Night options and a starting pay rate of $19.50 per hour, plus a $1 night shift differential.

This role supports manufacturing of components in a highly regulated environment with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 compliance. You will receive hands-on training, work with experienced teammates, and contribute to quality, traceability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Must have good verbal reasoning, numerate ability and mechanical aptitude.
• Must have good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality by visually inspecting parts.
• Document and sign off records in real time.
• Maintain accuracy of batch documentation.
• Perform measurements per work instructions and report deviations.
• Package parts per customer specs and tag status (accept/reject).
• Operate and safely use all equipment.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
