Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for a 2-2-3 shift schedule (Nights 5:30PM–6AM, Days 5:30AM–6PM) in Williamsport, PA. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in production is advantageous.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inspects parts visually and ensures documentation is recorded and signed off in real time.
• Maintains accuracy of batch documentation and records it correctly the first time.
• Performs required measurements per work instructions and notes deviations from customer specs or part print.
• Packages parts according to customer specifications and marks status (accept/reject) per procedures.
• Operates and maintains equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized; practices good housekeeping.
• Verifies labels for correct part and lot numbers and maintains inventory of packaging supplies.
